Our team is committed to giving back and is passionate about having a positive impact in the communities that we work. We contiribute our time and resources to many organizations throughout the Twin Cities and take great pride in working to improve the lives of others. Some of the non-profits that we are lucky enough to work with include:

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is the world's largest voluntary health agency dedicated to blood cancer and funds lifesaving research around the world. It also provides free information and support services. Josh served on the local LLS board from 2017-2023 and has been involved with multiple initiatives including their annual Visionary of the Year Campaign, Student Visionaries of the Year, Light the Night and Big Climb. Josh’s leadership on the board helped to raise over $600,000 over the course of his six years.
